Cookies and tracking

Big Picture Brief is a plain, static website. We don’t set cookies, and we don’t use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so reading a page doesn’t send your details to font or image services.

If we ever add analytics, we’ll choose a privacy-friendly, cookie-free option and update this page before we switch it on.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. You can read how it handles that data in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The newsletter

The newsletter isn’t open yet, so we don’t collect any email addresses. Before sign-ups open, we’ll update this page to explain what we collect, why, and how to unsubscribe.

If you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply. We don’t share them or add you to any list.

Links to other sites

Our explainers link to their sources and our social profiles link to X, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
